Welcome to WaSolve. By accessing or using our platform and services (“Services”), you agree to the following terms and policies.
WaSolve provides WhatsApp API-based software solutions, including automation tools, chatbot systems, CRM integrations, and communication management features.
2. Third-Party Infrastructure (Meta / WhatsApp)
Our services are built on the infrastructure of Meta Platforms (WhatsApp).
We act solely as a technology provider and integration partner. We do not own, operate, or control WhatsApp servers, APIs, or message delivery systems.
All communication, delivery, and encryption are managed by Meta.
All WhatsApp communications are protected by End-to-End Encryption (E2EE), implemented and controlled by Meta Platforms.
This means that messages are encrypted on the sender’s device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient.
We do not have visibility into or access to message content during transmission.
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all our users.
We do not access, read, monitor, or store personal message content exchanged through WhatsApp.
We do not use, sell, or misuse any user communication data under any circumstances.
Our platform operates as a secure intermediary interface only.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, login credentials, API keys, and access permissions.
If you grant access to your employees, team members, agencies, or any third party, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
While we maintain platform-level security, there are possibilities where data exposure or leakage may occur due to:
- Sharing of login credentials
- Unauthorized internal access
- Mismanagement of permissions
- Negligence or misuse by client-side users
WaSolve shall not be held responsible for any data loss, leakage, or misuse arising from such actions.
Users agree not to use the platform for:
- Spam or unsolicited messaging
- Unauthorized promotions
- Illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. WhatsApp Policy Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies.
We are not responsible for:
- WhatsApp number bans
- Messaging restrictions
- Account limitations imposed by Meta
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall WaSolve be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect data loss
